The Air Force keeps sending Alex to different places. First, he got the opportunity to go to Ohio for a 3 week training and since I didn't want to sit in New Mexico by myself, I went back to Arizona. I had a lot of fun visiting family. Right when we got back, they sent him to Alabama for 6 weeks, but this time I got to go, too! We decided to drive there and when we got to our hotel, they lost our reservation and because of the hurricanes, they had no more rooms in the town either, so we drove straight through (24 hours!). We took turns sleeping
and when we finally made it we slept most of the next day. Our hotel room has a kitchen and I
have really enjoyed being able to cook.
They have all kinds of programs for the wives that decided to go and so while Alex is in class, I have been having a lot of fun!
The Six Flags in Georgia was letting all military members get in for free so we went this last weekend and had a great time! Well worth the money : ).

Sounds like a great time. I'm glad you were able to go. You might as well enjoy it before you have kids in school and you can't. We miss you guys!
